Return & Refund Policy

At DOMN OFFICIAL we take pride in delivering premium quality garments.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
• All original tags and packaging must be included.
• Proof of purchase is required.

We do not accept returns on:

• Sale items.
• Gift cards.
• Items damaged through misuse or normal wear.

If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
